Our products are covered by manufacturer's warranties, and vary by product.  Please note that defective products do not fall under our Return Policy.  All products that are defective must be returned directly to the manufacturer.

All products must be built, installed and/or operated in accordance with manufacturer's instructions included with our products.  For defective products, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for their return policies and instructions.  Please note that the manufacturer will make the determination as to whether a malfunctioning product is a manufacturing defect or is user-initiated.
