Return Policy


We offer our customers a return policy of 10 days after the purchase of any of our products that have been purchased or special ordered. There will be a charge  of 15% as a restocking fee.  All products ordered or returned for a refund must not have not been used in any way, must be in their original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.  Products or packaging that have been used and or altered in any way are not covered under this policy.  Refunds will not include shipping cost.


To return any products to us, you must  e-mail us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  This RMA number is valid for 10 days from the day it is assigned,  returns must be made within this period.  Upon return approval and obtaining an RMA number from us, ship the package to:

The return package must include:

  •  The product in its original packaging and condition
  •  A copy of the original invoice or receipt
  •  A brief description of why you are returning the product , do not write on the package.

All returns that do not have an RMA Number, or are not within the refund period will not be processed.  It is recommended that  when shipping, you insure your package for the value of the contents.  Servo Hut will not be responsible for products lost during return shipping.

Damage During Shipping
   When possible we  recommend that if you notice damage, you inspect your package in the presence of the driver upon delivery.  Notify the driver immediately, along with notifying the shipping company .  If you notice any damage to the contents after opening, once the driver has left, notify the shipping company.
